AMA INFORMATION - The parking passes are not yet available for
the AMA weekend. If you have not received one by the time you
are scheduled to work, they will be at the Security gate.
Everyone needs to be at the track by 0730 each day. We will have a staff meeting each morning at 0750. Loking forward to seeing everyone for the big weekend! - Cowboy |

Rachael's time is drawing near. We will have a baby shower for her on Saturday August 23rd. Michelle Fry will fix spaghetti, salad, and bread for lunch. Lunch will start at 12 noon. Please RSVP to Michelle as soon as possible if you will be coming in to eat. Michelle is also going to get a few things together for the little one. This will be from VIR Fire & Rescue. If you would like to contribute, please do so soon. You may get the money to Michelle or Arlo. We hope to see you here. |

VIR is sponsoring a night for all VIR staff at a Danville Braves game. This will be VIR's treat. Game date is August 20th and the game starts at 7:00 pm. Please contact Cowboy or Arlo if you plan to attend. VIR is also having a contest to see who gets to throw out the first pitch. Whoever comes up with the best new idea for VIR will get the honor. Submit your ideas soon. |
